Alyson Pugh is the local dance co-ordinator for the Aesop Dance to Health project in collaboration with Aesop, ABMU and the National Dance Company Wales

This is a falls prevention project. The dance artists have had in depth training in physiotherapy falls prevention exercises. They have now translated them into a fun dance class specially designed for older people. 

Groups are now running
Every Tuesday in Gorseinon and Pontardullais
Every Friday in Ystalyferra and Port Talbot
